Gandia has a train station, it takes 40 mins to the centre of Valencia, then catch the metro outside the station directly into Valencia airport terminal.  Alicante airport is only a 1.15 min drive away too.

20 minutes’ drive takes you to Oliva old town and Playa/beach area, there is a Castle and a very large Friday Market. 

The Oliva Nova Golf is not far, designed by Seve Ballesteros and La Galiana is one of the prettiest golf courses in Europe which is only a 25/30 min max drive away. Go Karting, Horse riding, sailing, kite surfing are all available in the area.
