I couldn't rate ''For Sale By Sally In Spain'' any higher. We had quite a tricky sale and the team looked after us and kept us informed constantly. They went out of their way on numerous occasions and even dropped our spare house keys off to my husband when he flew over from the UK and forgot his, even though it was a day off! We mostly dealt with Harry who was amazing at his job and a great guy to deal with. His advice was invaluable and he was always happy to help. He is a true professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend For Sale By Sally if you are thinking of buying or selling a property in Spain. Over the past forty years I have used real estate agents in several countries to buy and sell property. Not a single individual or agency has come even close to the quality of service I have enjoyed with Sally and her team. When I arrived in Gandia they had my viewings lined up, and within two days I had found my new home. They did not pressure me at all but once they realized i had made up my mind they lined me up with a very competent lawyer who took care of everything for me including setting up my bank account, getting a Spanish tax number etc. When I finally returned months later, they handed me the property keys and then, to my great surprise, helped me to get internet and additional air conditioning units installed. The made appointments for me with a plumber, got me in touch with a solar company, then a builder and told me repeatedly to call them if I needed anything else. The contractors they recommended were reliable and reasonably priced. Sally's service truly does not end when they get their commission. They are honest and up front about the pros and cons of their properties. They did not ask me to write this review, I volunteered for the first time in my life to write one. I was lucky to stumble across Sally, Clark and Harry and hope many other clients will be lucky enough to find them.

Where should I start? We had been house hunting with another 3 different agents but to no avail, then by chance I came across For Sale By Sally and we struck gold. Where should I start? From the first time I spoke to Sally, it was like a breath of fresh air. I knew that she would find our dream house. Sally is the sweetest person ever and very polite and professional. I was then passed on to Harry and later Clark. Harry is a copy of Sally, smart, sweet and very attentive to our requests. Once he understood our likes there was no stopping him. He was constantly in contact and left no stone unturned till he managed to find our perfect house. Clark also has a beautiful aura and shares the same professionalism. He managed to get us internet subscription in just 3 days . That was really a miracle. Sally, Harry and Clark are all very polite, down to earth and honest people, you can tell they all share the same DNA 😁 Their honesty, patience, kindness and sweetness made us feel more like family rather than just clients. They offered us all the help and gave us the best advice and were there for us every step of the way. Both Harry and Clark have excellent knowledge of all the properties they showed us.
