They have kept in touch after we completed the purchase, and offered to put us in touch with various contractors for upgrades we wish to do on the house we've purchased. The buying process was seamless from start to finish, and the help goes beyond. I would thoroughly recommend ‘For sale by Sally’ as an estate agent. By far the nicest chaps you’ll ever meet are Harry and Clark. They have truly gone above and beyond when it comes to providing a service. Harry has literally held my hand throughout the whole process of purchasing a property as I’m a buyer from the UK. No request is too big or small and I have huge respect in the manner in which they conduct their professional business.

What can I say about Harry and Clark from “For Sale by Sally In Spain” except they have been amazing.
We had been looking for a while for a small property, when one popped up by chance and we contacted them immediately and even though we were not their clients they gave us such help and support with local knowledge, connecting us to reliable builders, lawyers etc. They answered my myriad of questions in a professional, patient and friendly manner. OH, and did I mention did not charge us as the buyers a penny!!! (Which is not always the case in Spain, we had been previously quoted 3% by a different agency.) Their passion and love for their work shines through, they speak both English and Spanish fluently, and gave up a lot of their time to translate for us with builders, going above and beyond what was expected.
I could not speak highly enough of this team and would recommend them for buying or selling.
