I bought a property in Spain through Sally and her family business. What an incredible service she and the rest of her team (the family) provides. The sellers put the property up for sale with a long lead time (9 months) which we accepted. Throughout that process Sally kept in touch with me , pushed and nudged things forwards at the right time - and helped negotiate tricky aspects when necessary. Sally was incredibly responsive - even at times when you would not expect people to be working. The level of service from this high quality business is far more personal than a corporate business, and they achieve the right balance of getting results and being pragmatic. There was one moment where between us “we found a way” - which was a great compromise. We loved the video/drone video of the property too! Harry and Clark were brilliant both before hand - and now they are helping us with aspects of improvements we want to make - after we have bought and moved in. And one small anecdote - on our second night in a new property in a place we didn’t know - my eldest son became Ill very suddenly and collapsed. I messaged Clark - and within minutes he had sent me details of the local hospitals and things I might need with me. He also checked in with me later to check how my son was. I’m saying this as a buyer - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sally and the team to anyone thinking of buying or selling. Thanks Sally, Harry and Clark

I don’t often give 5 stars, but For Sale by Sally in Spain deserve each one. Their professionalism and efficiency are outstanding, I wish all estate agents were like this. Harry and Clark came and gave us a clear idea of their services and suggested a good price for our property. They came back to take photos and even helped move a newly fallen tree out of the way first- above and beyond! The photos and video were stunning. They were in clear communication throughout the process and Sally was equally helpful once an offer had been agreed. Their extensive knowledge helped avoid problems and smooth the way through to completion and beyond.
I truly couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Dit hadden we nog nooit meegemaakt, de service die deze firma geeft. Niets is hun teveel, één huis bezoeken of meerdere, geen probleem. Altijd vriendelijk en super eerlijke informatie over elke woning, en ja soms worden ook de negatieve kantjes van een huis vermeld, maar dan weet je perfect wat je koopt. Ook na de koop blijven ze perfect ondersteunen, zowel Harry als Clark. Super gasten. Omdat we nog niet veel spaans kunnen, hebben ze ons overal begeleid, tot op het gemeentehuis toe. Wij zijn ongelooflijk content. Spijtig dat we met één huis toekomen.
