We have recently sold our property with them and have been VERY impressed with their professionalism throughout the process....We were selling a large villa and pool with a smaller villa and pool on the same plot, situated on the edge of a rural Spanish village...away from the coast...so not the easiest home to sell.....But these guys are EXCELLENT matching up sellers and buyers and work hard not to bring a host of uninterested 'Lookers'
Both Harry and Clark are wonderful....always friendly and helpful, keeping us up to date with feedback from clients and giving helpful tips....we felt safe and secure with them at all times. Clark had done the most amazing video of our house, using stills, drone footage and adding a perfect sound track.....when I saw it, I mesaged him to say 'Wow, I wanna buy that house'!!!!!!! :)
Our lovely buyers wanted to postpone the completion date as they had some complicated issues to remedy first, we were in no great rush...and thankfully, these guys were fine about waiting also....which considering how much work they had put into the sale, was very good of them.
We have already recommended them to some close friends of ours who sold in the Spring....they were equally happy with the efficient and helpful service....and now another friend is about to list their property with ''For Sale By Sally In Spain'' also.

Buying a house Abroad can be a very lonely scary process ! But we was amazed how professional, friendly sally,Harry,and Clark are , they made the whole process so easy from recommending English speaking professionals, helping us to get over deadline problems, even when the sale was completed,they went out there way to meet us on a Sunday afternoon on a bank holiday weekend to open the house and hand over the keys , but the icing on the cake was sally asked if we need food and drinks in the house as all the stores would be closed for 2 days and went and got all the food and supplies we needed ! We would give 6 stars if available !

Over the past forty years I have used real estate agents in several countries to buy and sell property. Not a single individual or agency has come even close to the quality of service I have enjoyed with Sally and her team. When I arrived in Gandia they had my viewings lined up, and within two days I had found my new home. They did not pressure me at all but once they realized i had made up my mind they lined me up with a very competent lawyer who took care of everything for me including setting up my bank account, getting a Spanish tax number etc. When I finally returned months later, they handed me the property keys and then, to my great surprise, helped me to get internet and additional air conditioning units installed. The made appointments for me with a plumber, got me in touch with a solar company, then a builder and told me repeatedly to call them if I needed anything else. The contractors they recommended were reliable and reasonably priced. Sally's service truly does not end when they get their commission. They are honest and up front about the pros and cons of their properties. They did not ask me to write this review, I volunteered for the first time in my life to write one. I was lucky to stumble across Sally, Clark and Harry and hope many other clients will be lucky enough to find them.
