Premier English Estate Agency Selling Spanish Properties

We came over to Spain to look for a villa in or around Gandia. To start with we looked at properties with a couple of agents, but after meeting with Harry and Clark we decided that whatever happened we would only want to buy a property from ‘For sale by Sally in Spain'

Due to personal reasons we had to pause our search for 9 months, but during that time Harry kept us updated on new properties he thought would be of interest and what was happening in and around Gandia.

In June we travelled back to Spain to continue our search with Harry and Clark (the immaculate shoes man in the videos………). We found a villa that met our requirements put in an offer and 6 weeks later were in possession of the keys!!!!!

The experience has been unbelievably smooth and Sally kept us informed and supported us during the buying process. We are now dealing with Harry and Clark on many of the projects we want to undertake on the villa now that it belongs to us.

We have bought and sold many properties in the UK and have never been fortunate enough to receive the attentive and professional service we received from Harry, Clark and Sally. We cannot thank all of them enough for their help and advice (even down to Doggy Day Care………).

If we could give them 10 stars we would….. but this review only allows 5!

We plan to continue dealing with Harry and Clark to make our villa exactly as we would like, and will definitely be using them for our next sale and purchase.

PS. Harry kindly went to the garden centre and purchased on my behalf tiles to hang outside our villa saying ''Villa Coco''. He's a star!

Fantastic service from the whole family, thank you very much. We came over in January for a week and theirs was the last house we viewed. It turned out to be exactly what we wanted. An offer was made and accepted in a week and they bent over backwards to help and make it easy for us. We purchased the property within 5 weeks after waiting 2 years for Covid to pass and this was an easy and straightforward process with the help of their recommendations for Lawyers to use. The property is in Santa Marta and we have never been happier or more relaxed. Their continued assistance by pointing us in the right direction for workmen and businesses has also been invaluable. Sally and her team were amazing. From the moment we contacted them they were so helpful, they helped narrow down our list of properties to the most suitable ones, took us on numerous viewings. They were always able to help with any questions we had throughout the buying process. They provided expert knowledge on the region, Spanish property buying quirks and recommendations for experts to help. Sally is so proactive, diligent, and professional. Since we have owned our property, the service is still the same and they are always on call to answer and questions and support us. Ons huis is verkocht in 4 maanden dank zij Sally , het meeste werk is gedaan door Harry hij is heel goed in wat hij doet en niks is hem te veel, we waren heel blij met Harry ook met het zoeken naar een nieuw huis . I can not say enough about how great Harry and Clark are from ''For Sale By Sally in Spain''. From finding and buying to moving in they have been fantastic. I have never met estate agents so helpful post Sale. We moved in and had no hot water, Harry arranged and helped with a plumber immediately. Also Helping us sort out internet, electrician, and builder. Would definitely recommend them if buying in Spain!
