Sally herself keeps her finger on the pulse at every step of the way and works extremely hard on your behalf. Her liaison skills between buyer and seller are exceptional. I bought a property in Spain through Sally and her family business. What an incredible service she and the rest of her team (the family) provides. The sellers put the property up for sale with a long lead time (9 months) which we accepted. Throughout that process Sally kept in touch with me , pushed and nudged things forwards at the right time - and helped negotiate tricky aspects when necessary. Sally was incredibly responsive - even at times when you would not expect people to be working. The level of service from this high quality business is far more personal than a corporate business, and they achieve the right balance of getting results and being pragmatic. There was one moment where between us “we found a way” - which was a great compromise. We loved the video/drone video of the property too! Harry and Clark were brilliant both before hand - and now they are helping us with aspects of improvements we want to make - after we have bought and moved in. And one small anecdote - on our second night in a new property in a place we didn’t know - my eldest son became Ill very suddenly and collapsed. I messaged Clark - and within minutes he had sent me details of the local hospitals and things I might need with me. He also checked in with me later to check how my son was. Not only did they do their utmost to help us find our dream home, they also thought along in that process and were able to translate our wishes into the right viewings. After we finally made the decision, they helped us in the purchase process and mediated between us and the (difficult) sellers. Now that we have our house, Harry still helps us with advice and assistance. Highly recommend this broker!

Always responding to messages promptly, professional polite and full of local knowledge, not only that but Harry gave me so much advice on owning a property, for example how the utilities work etc, being a Spanish house owner newbie it was invaluable.
