We cannot recommend ''For Sale By Sally In Spain'' highly enough. With two properties to sell the task seemed a bit over whelming and after 23 years very emotional. We contacted them and Harry came to our villa the next day to meet us and talk through the procedure, we instantly felt more relaxed. The following week we were back in the UK, Harry and Clark went to the properties and prepared them for the drone videos, putting out furniture etc things that we would have done had we still been in Spain. The smaller of the properties sold from the drone footage the day after it went live on the internet and our villa sold within 10 days. Sally was brilliant at keeping us informed at every stage after the sales were put in motion. The company do a lot of research into what potential buyer are looking for so that they can match people to suitable properties reducing time wasting, and they also get to know the properties very well so they can be as informative as possible. We were introduced to an excellent solicitor who has been so helpful and between them they made the hole procedure very easy and took all the stress away from us. We can’t thank them enough for what they did for us they deserve every success in the future for all their hard work and their outstanding customer care.

On our way home we were talking about the purchase process. House buying is supposed to be one of the more traumatic experiences and in a foreign country that is meant to be worse.
