We have recently sold our property with them and have been VERY impressed with their professionalism throughout the process....We were selling a large villa and pool with a smaller villa and pool on the same plot, situated on the edge of a rural Spanish village...away from the coast...so not the easiest home to sell.....But these guys are EXCELLENT matching up sellers and buyers and work hard not to bring a host of uninterested 'Lookers'
Both Harry and Clark are wonderful....always friendly and helpful, keeping us up to date with feedback from clients and giving helpful tips....we felt safe and secure with them at all times. Clark had done the most amazing video of our house, using stills, drone footage and adding a perfect sound track.....when I saw it, I mesaged him to say 'Wow, I wanna buy that house'!!!!!!! :)
Our lovely buyers wanted to postpone the completion date as they had some complicated issues to remedy first, we were in no great rush...and thankfully, these guys were fine about waiting also....which considering how much work they had put into the sale, was very good of them.

Everything about this family run business is 5 star. My family and I have nothing but praise for Sally, Harry and Clark and the way that they conducted the sale of our Spanish property. From start to completion they have always been there to deal with any issues and have completely taken away any worries or stress that comes with selling a house in Spain. Sally always has solutions to problems - from recommending an English speaking lawyer to arranging a removal company. Her advice and guidance have been priceless throughout this whole process. Harry made me feel that he had our best interests at heart - his tireless work in negotiations and his knowledge of the Spanish housing market is immense. So much has been written about ''For Sale By Sally In Spain'' that its hard to find appropriate accolades that go beyond what has already been said. And then there is the reality that everything written about Harry and Clark - and by extension Sally, their personable professionalism, their genuine commitment to providing everything required to make the transition to owning a home in Spain a seamless one, is true. Ironically, in the end the testament we can add is that we never actually purchased a property through them. Instead we listened to and took their sound advice - “to take the time to be completely sure that a property is the right one (for us)”. In all the hype associated with property sales, this selflessness remains unprecedented. And so, while so many successful stories end with the signing of a paper, we left (for Andalucía) with a greater appreciation for what it takes to purchase a home in Spain - and some very high expectations for the realtor we did eventually meet with.
