We came over to Spain to look for a villa in or around Gandia. To start with we looked at properties with a couple of agents, but after meeting with Harry and Clark we decided that whatever happened we would only want to buy a property from ‘For sale by Sally in Spain'

Due to personal reasons we had to pause our search for 9 months, but during that time Harry kept us updated on new properties he thought would be of interest and what was happening in and around Gandia.

In June we travelled back to Spain to continue our search with Harry and Clark (the immaculate shoes man in the videos………). We found a villa that met our requirements put in an offer and 6 weeks later were in possession of the keys!!!!!

The experience has been unbelievably smooth and Sally kept us informed and supported us during the buying process. We are now dealing with Harry and Clark on many of the projects we want to undertake on the villa now that it belongs to us.

We have bought and sold many properties in the UK and have never been fortunate enough to receive the attentive and professional service we received from Harry, Clark and Sally. We cannot thank all of them enough for their help and advice (even down to Doggy Day Care………).

If we could give them 10 stars we would….. but this review only allows 5!

We plan to continue dealing with Harry and Clark to make our villa exactly as we would like, and will definitely be using them for our next sale and purchase.

PS. Harry kindly went to the garden centre and purchased on my behalf tiles to hang outside our villa saying ''Villa Coco''. He's a star!

Best estate agent I have dealt with (I dealt with many).Harry the front man, is so helpful it is unbelievable. Sally is very quick with responses and all the paperwork.The best part is that they are helping us so much after the sale we appreciate it .Keep up the good job all of you including Clark (Without his drone and pictures it will not be the same)

I can't speak highly enough of the service Sally and her team provided from start to finish. Selling property in another country can be a stressful experience but Sally helped me overcome all the hurdles.
