Looking for and buying a house can be stressful at the best of times, particularly if your wanting to buy a house abroad or having just moved to a different country as was our case. I first spoke to Sally a year before we moved to Spain, she immediately put me at ease as well as providing me with information I hadn't considered especially given the process of buying a house in Spain is so different to that in the UK. Once we arrived in Spain we viewed properties we were interested in with several estate agents. Both myself and husband were thoroughly impressed with Sally and her team, particularly Harry who showed us several properties. Harry was amazing he built rapport with us very quickly understood and was genuinely interested in finding a property that met our needs and that of our two boys. Looking at properties with kids in tow can be a complete nightmare, Harry was great with the kids engaged with them sharing his own experience of starting school in Spain etc. Since buying a home here and finally settling the boys into school, I still call on both Harry and Sally for local useful information, they have been amazingly supportive. Wonderful from start to finish and beyond! Being our first purchase in Spain I was quite nervous, but Sally provided us with step by step instructions and constant updates. At that time I was not confident to drive abroad so Harry and Clark met me and we spent the day looking at the place I'd flown out to see along with some other properties and also the local area. The English speaking solicitor that Sally introduced me to has also been fantastic, explaining everything in detail. My family and I are particularly happy with the after sales service provided, especially by Harry who has been most helpful with recommendations for everything from restaurants to reputable, affordable builders. Altijd vriendelijk en super eerlijke informatie over elke woning, en ja soms worden ook de negatieve kantjes van een huis vermeld, maar dan weet je perfect wat je koopt. Ook na de koop blijven ze perfect ondersteunen, zowel Harry als Clark. Super gasten. Omdat we nog niet veel spaans kunnen, hebben ze ons overal begeleid, tot op het gemeentehuis toe. Wij zijn ongelooflijk content. Spijtig dat we met één huis toekomen.
