Hello, I have just finalized the purchase of my villa in Marxuquera. I bought this property which was for sale at "For sale by Sally in Spain". I am absolutely delighted with the serious work of Harry who, through his sympathy, professionalism and availability, met all my expectations. The sale (for administrative reasons independent of the agency) was postponed for several months. However, Harry remained in contact with me throughout this time and always reassured me about the smooth running of this one. Every question (and there were many) Harry answered as quickly as possible. The lawyer advised by the agency gave me complete satisfaction. Not speaking Spanish very well, Harry also asked his partner Dao (very available and friendly) who speaks French. She frankly helped us a lot even at the signature at the notary. Bonjour, je viens juste de finaliser l'achat de ma villa à Marxuquera..J'ai acheté cette propriété qui était en vente chez "For sale by Sally in Spain".Je suis absolument enchanté du travail sérieux de Harry qui, par sa sympathie , son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité, a répondu à toutes mes attentes. La vente (pour des raisons administratives indépendantes de l'agence) a été reportée de plusieurs mois.Cependant Harry est resté pendant tout ce temps en contact avec moi et m'a toujours rassuré sur le bon déroulement de celle ci. A chaque question( et il y en eu beaucoup) Harry y a répondu le plus rapidement possible. L'avocat conseillé par l'agence m'a donné entière satisfaction . Ne parlant pas tres bien l'espagnol, Harry a également sollicité sa femme Dao ( très disponible et sympathique) qui parle français . Elle nous a franchement bien aidé et cela jusqu'à la signature chez le notaire . Un grand merci à Dao pour sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur. Nous habitons la villa depuis quelques jours et Harry et son frère Clark sont toujours disponibles pour nous aider à la moindre sollicitation. ( Assurance, internet , etc...).
