Having sold our property in Spain we found after only a few months how much we missed it. Searching through properties on the internet I was impressed by those offered by For Sale By Sally in Spain, as it showed a great deal re the apartment we succeeded in buying. Rather than wasting a flight to come and see for ourselves initially we were able to look closely what was available within our price range in some detail. This allowed us to be open minded but stick to our criteria. She had good knowledge of the property and the area which has helped us immensely. Sally was particularly helpful in her availability to negotiate with the Spanish owner and arrange 2 viewings in the same week. Decision made. However it did not stop there, Sally offered guidance on a solicitor (with whom we remain very impressed by) and made herself available when we had a teething problem (as you do with most properties). I only give praise and thanks when I feel it is appropriate and earnt. Sally gets thanks and praise for “going the extra mile”. We are very happy with our apartment.
