Buying a house Abroad can be a very lonely scary process ! But we was amazed how professional, friendly sally,Harry,and Clark are , they made the whole process so easy from recommending English speaking professionals, helping us to get over deadline problems, even when the sale was completed,they went out there way to meet us on a Sunday afternoon on a bank holiday weekend to open the house and hand over the keys , but the icing on the cake was sally asked if we need food and drinks in the house as all the stores would be closed for 2 days and went and got all the food and supplies we needed ! We would give 6 stars if available !

I couldn't rate ''For Sale By Sally In Spain'' any higher. We had quite a tricky sale and the team looked after us and kept us informed constantly. They went out of their way on numerous occasions and even dropped our spare house keys off to my husband when he flew over from the UK and forgot his, even though it was a day off! We mostly dealt with Harry who was amazing at his job and a great guy to deal with. His advice was invaluable and he was always happy to help. He is a true professional and nothing was ever too much trouble.

I bought a property in Spain through Sally and her family business. What an incredible service she and the rest of her team (the family) provides. The sellers put the property up for sale with a long lead time (9 months) which we accepted. Throughout that process Sally kept in touch with me , pushed and nudged things forwards at the right time - and helped negotiate tricky aspects when necessary. Sally was incredibly responsive - even at times when you would not expect people to be working. The level of service from this high quality business is far more personal than a corporate business, and they achieve the right balance of getting results and being pragmatic. There was one moment where between us “we found a way” - which was a great compromise. We loved the video/drone video of the property too! Harry and Clark were brilliant both before hand - and now they are helping us with aspects of improvements we want to make - after we have bought and moved in. And one small anecdote - on our second night in a new property in a place we didn’t know - my eldest son became Ill very suddenly and collapsed. I messaged Clark - and within minutes he had sent me details of the local hospitals and things I might need with me. He also checked in with me later to check how my son was. The team have all been really helpful. Harry and Clark took us to view a property and they had a wealth of knowledge about not only the property but surrounding area.
