I was a bit sceptical that their service would be worth the money. I am delighted to say that I have never been so wrong, they were worth every penny and much more. Not only did they sell my house incredibly quickly (after others including myself could not) but they deal with all the issues that crop up with rústica houses. They kept everybody informed at every stage and were very professional in every regard. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We bought our property through ''For Sale By Sally In Spain'' and have to say the service we received from the initial enquiry through to completion and beyond was extra ordinary. This level of service I would expect as a seller but not a buyer. Both brothers Harry & Clark met us on our 1st viewing so that one could remain with our dog in the car whilst we viewed the property. We put in an offer and after the usual counter offers the deal was done. Both brothers kept us informed all the way to completion organising the visit by our surveyor and advising on services we would need. Both speak fluent Spainish which helps and Clark organised our broadband and Harry the emptying of our septic tank (v important😂) They have since completion contacted us on several occasions to ensure everything is OK and if we need any further assistance. If you are considering buying or selling I urge you seriously, consider this amazing helpful family run business, you will not be disappointed.
