We bought our property through ''For Sale By Sally In Spain'' and have to say the service we received from the initial enquiry through to completion and beyond was extra ordinary. This level of service I would expect as a seller but not a buyer. Both brothers Harry & Clark met us on our 1st viewing so that one could remain with our dog in the car whilst we viewed the property. We put in an offer and after the usual counter offers the deal was done. Both brothers kept us informed all the way to completion organising the visit by our surveyor and advising on services we would need. Both speak fluent Spainish which helps and Clark organised our broadband and Harry the emptying of our septic tank (v important😂) They have since completion contacted us on several occasions to ensure everything is OK and if we need any further assistance. If you are considering buying or selling I urge you seriously, consider this amazing helpful family run business, you will not be disappointed.

We recently sold our house with For Sale by Sally in Spain. The level of service and support we received from Harry, Clark and Sally was exceptional. We had been looking for a while for a small property, when one popped up by chance and we contacted them immediately and even though we were not their clients they gave us such help and support with local knowledge, connecting us to reliable builders, lawyers etc. They answered my myriad of questions in a professional, patient and friendly manner. OH, and did I mention did not charge us as the buyers a penny!!! (Which is not always the case in Spain, we had been previously quoted 3% by a different agency.) Their passion and love for their work shines through, they speak both English and Spanish fluently, and gave up a lot of their time to translate for us with builders, going above and beyond what was expected.
I could not speak highly enough of this team and would recommend them for buying or selling.
