We are so happy that “ for sale by Sally” was the housing agent of our new (first) home in Spain. We found the house ourselves, but after we contacted them, they were amazing. Everything went so smoothly. This was also the reason why we could buy the house very very fast. After we arrived in the house they helped us with everything like buying solar panels, installation services, WiFi in and around the whole house and garden etc.
They even helped us getting in touch with nice people in the neighbourhood. If you ask what a housing agent can do better, I really don’t have clue!!

From initial viewing and throughout the process Sally and her team guide you through the process, offer sound advice and introduce you to the right people to make purchase happen - lawyer, banks and so on. Through Harry they also offer a great after sales service and happily keep an eye on your property when you can’t be there. I bought a property in Spain through Sally and her family business. What an incredible service she and the rest of her team (the family) provides. The sellers put the property up for sale with a long lead time (9 months) which we accepted. Throughout that process Sally kept in touch with me , pushed and nudged things forwards at the right time - and helped negotiate tricky aspects when necessary. Sally was incredibly responsive - even at times when you would not expect people to be working. The level of service from this high quality business is far more personal than a corporate business, and they achieve the right balance of getting results and being pragmatic. There was one moment where between us “we found a way” - which was a great compromise. We loved the video/drone video of the property too! Harry and Clark were brilliant both before hand - and now they are helping us with aspects of improvements we want to make - after we have bought and moved in. And one small anecdote - on our second night in a new property in a place we didn’t know - my eldest son became Ill very suddenly and collapsed. I messaged Clark - and within minutes he had sent me details of the local hospitals and things I might need with me. He also checked in with me later to check how my son was.
