    Welcome to 'For Sale By Sally In Spain', we are an independent Estate Agency and in accordance with the new decree 98/2022 from the Generalitat Valenciana Government we have passed all the necessary exams and have insurance to hold deposits meaning we have a ’Registro de La Generalitat Valenciana’ official number RAICV 3917 therefore being authorised by the Spanish authorities to run a Real Estate Agency, not all Real Estate Agencies in Spain can meet the strict criteria for this registration.

    My team and I have been living here in the Gandia region since 2002, we know everything there is to know about the area. We sell properties in the beautiful Valencian region of Costa Azahar known as ‘The Orange Blossom Coast’ and we are bilingual speaking fluent English and Spanish.

    I couldn't rate ''For Sale By Sally In Spain'' any higher. We had quite a tricky sale and the team looked after us and kept us informed constantly. They went out of their way on numerous occasions and even dropped our spare house keys off to my husband when he flew over from the UK and forgot his, even though it was a day off!
