Sally and her colleagues/team provided an exceptionally professional service both in marketing our villa and recommending improvements to improve its saleability. Our villa had been on the market for 11 months with three other local estate agents without a single viewing before we gave the sole agency to Sally. Within 2 weeks we had had our first viewing and interested buyers came on a regular basis until a buyer was found 6 months later. Sally’s attention to detail and excellent local knowledge enabled us to sell the large villa very quickly in what was a difficult market.
