Having sold our property in Spain we found after only a few months how much we missed it. Searching through properties on the internet I was impressed by those offered by For Sale By Sally in Spain, as it showed a great deal re the apartment we succeeded in buying. Rather than wasting a flight to come and see for ourselves initially we were able to look closely what was available within our price range in some detail. This allowed us to be open minded but stick to our criteria. She had good knowledge of the property and the area which has helped us immensely. Sally was particularly helpful in her availability to negotiate with the Spanish owner and arrange 2 viewings in the same week. Decision made. However it did not stop there, Sally offered guidance on a solicitor (with whom we remain very impressed by) and made herself available when we had a teething problem (as you do with most properties). I only give praise and thanks when I feel it is appropriate and earnt. Sally gets thanks and praise for “going the extra mile”. We are very happy with our apartment. *For sale by sally in Spain* was the best choice! We met lovely Clark & Harry when we have found a place we liked and wanted a visit. We loved the house but someone offered sooner then us. We explained our wishes with them and they found our new paradise (Casa Delphin). We received the keys yesterday and we’re in love with the place. Clark & Harry are so very helpfull. Which is so much appreciated as for us (coming from Holland) things are all new. They helped us with every step and even now after the sale, they’re there to help. Harry even gave eggs as a present from his own chickens, how sweet is that! To make a long story short, if you’re looking for the best agent and also want the kindest guys…don’t look further!
