We have recently sold our property with them and have been VERY impressed with their professionalism throughout the process....We were selling a large villa and pool with a smaller villa and pool on the same plot, situated on the edge of a rural Spanish village...away from the coast...so not the easiest home to sell.....But these guys are EXCELLENT matching up sellers and buyers and work hard not to bring a host of uninterested 'Lookers' Both Harry and Clark are wonderful....always friendly and helpful, keeping us up to date with feedback from clients and giving helpful tips....we felt safe and secure with them at all times. Clark had done the most amazing video of our house, using stills, drone footage and adding a perfect sound track.....when I saw it, I mesaged him to say 'Wow, I wanna buy that house'!!!!!!! :) Our lovely buyers wanted to postpone the completion date as they had some complicated issues to remedy first, we were in no great rush...and thankfully, these guys were fine about waiting also....which considering how much work they had put into the sale, was very good of them. We bought our property through ''For Sale By Sally In Spain'' and have to say the service we received from the initial enquiry through to completion and beyond was extra ordinary. This level of service I would expect as a seller but not a buyer. Both brothers Harry & Clark met us on our 1st viewing so that one could remain with our dog in the car whilst we viewed the property. We put in an offer and after the usual counter offers the deal was done. Both brothers kept us informed all the way to completion organising the visit by our surveyor and advising on services we would need. Both speak fluent Spainish which helps and Clark organised our broadband and Harry the emptying of our septic tank (v important😂) They have since completion contacted us on several occasions to ensure everything is OK and if we need any further assistance. Ah, to find the perfect home! The quest for me was vast but Spain offered something special in my search which began roughly 2 years ago. After leaving the U.S. in 2006 to live in Qatar, for the next 18 years, I knew that one day I would search the world in my travels for the perfect home. I say home because to me, a house isn’t just a house, it is a home. A place of thought and peace. A place filled with family and friends, laughter, tears, good food, music and of course two golden retrievers! The idea of what I wanted proved a long search but was guided by Harry Stallwood , a very patient and knowledgeable agent with For Sale By Sally in Spain. Without Harry, I am sure I would have settled on something less then had remorse. I was fortunate enough to find a house that needed to be completely redesigned. When I stood where my master bedroom is now, a voice seemed to whisper “stay” . This was Spain’s magical whisper telling me this is where I belong. I began the thoughtful process of designing the house to my specific style, making a classic Spanish constructed house into a blend of old and new. The local builder that Harry recommended has done gorgeous work with the highest quality even while I was thousands of kilometers away during construction. Again, Harry stepped in numerous times for video calls and helped sort through translation and questions. I popped over occasionally to see progress and was always met by his kindness on site as we sorted through what was needed. From the placement of tiles to the internet! I couldn’t have managed all of it on my own to be honest and almost 2 years later I wake in that same bedroom with the view of the mountains that surround La Drova as the sun glistens golden hues and smile with gratitude for the path that was provided for me as my dream home and place to live! When I decided to move internationally it was quite stressful at times logistically moving belongings and animals. But never once did I feel stress in choosing the house or building my home in Spain. This is because I chose the right real estate company, which is knowledgeable, and goes beyond what is needed for their clients. My highest regard goes to the entire team !

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding support we received from Clark, Harry and Sally. Due to incomplete documentations from the sellers, it took much longer than expected to complete the purchase, with every step of the way with a contract extension and negotiation, they showed us the property many times on demand, or making inspections of the property with videos for us.
