We are very pleased to add to our portfolio of properties ‘’Townhouse Fernando’’, a very large 3 or 4 bed modern townhouse with no work to do!  It boasts a short stroll to the glorious, sandy beaches! 

With a build size of 217m2 and a plot size of 756m2, townhouse Fernando was built to very high standards in 2008 and has been lovingly maintained by the current owner.  There is space allocated for a lift shaft if anyone has a mobility problem in the future and requires a lift, then that option would be available with the installation of a lift.

A must: visit the old Borgia Palace, the Culture Centre that has many live music events and the Theatre. Saturday is Market Day. There is a small golf course by Grau de Gandia. 2 out of town shopping malls 10 mins drive away with big named stores such as Zara, Zara Home, H & M, Casa, Leroy Merlin, Kiwoko, JKYSK, Decathalon, Carrefour, Media Markt, with many more bars and restaurants etc.

(Daimus Beach area) is a blue flagged 12 km long sandy beach which stretches up and down the coast, with shops and restaurants that run along the promenade, there is a weekly street market and the nearby towns of Gandia and Oliva boast harbours and marinas.

10 min drive takes you to Oliva town and Playa/beach area, Oliva Castle and large Friday Market.

The Oliva Nova Golf course is a 20 min drive away, designed by Seve Ballesteros and there is also La Galiana one of the prettiest golf courses in Europe which is only a 37 min drive away. Go Karting, Horse riding, sailing, kite surfing are all available in the area.
