Location

Daimus is located in the province of Valencia, 75 km south of Valencia City and 2km from the city of Gandia. 

If you fly to Valencia airport there is the metro you can catch from the airport terminal then the train to Gandia city and a bus or taxi can then take you to Daimus. 

The sandy beaches are magnificent with warm crystal clear waters and they are awarded with the blue flag as they are so clean (the beaches are cleaned every day).  The town has all you would need for day to day living, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, shops, coffee bars, ice cream parlours, hairdressers, garage and much, much more!  There are many fiestas all year around in the town and a weekly market.

Great hiking and cycling and dog walking countryside on the doorstep!!

It is only a 5 min drive to Gandia Historic city, which has many shops and supermarkets, bars and top-quality restaurants. A must: visit the old Borgia Palace, the Culture Centre that has many live music events and the Theatre. Saturday is Market Day. There is a small golf course by Grau de Gandia. 2 out of town shopping malls 10 min drive away with big named stores such as Zara, Zara Home, H & M, Casa, Leroy Merlin, Kiwoko, JKYSK, Decathalon, Carrefour, Media Markt, with many more bars and restaurants etc.

10 min to Oliva old town and Playa, Castle and Friday Market. The Oliva Nova Golf is nearby, designed by Seve Ballesteros and La Galiana one of the prettiest golf courses in Europe is only a 40 min drive away. Go Karting, Horse riding, sailing, kite surfing all available in the area.
