Ons huis is verkocht in 4 maanden dank zij Sally , het meeste werk is gedaan door Harry hij is heel goed in wat hij doet en niks is hem te veel, we waren heel blij met Harry ook met het zoeken naar een nieuw huis . Goed werk gedaan en een gezellige man Thanks for everything. Dus een aanrader om voor Sally real estate te gaan..

What can I say, but what a fantastic service we have received from Harry, Clark and Sally. Harry and Clark have been amazing in helping us find a builder, someone to install solar panels and air con. We would have been lost without these guys. Harry and Clark have gone above and beyond even after we have moved into our new villa. Sally helped us through the sale of our villa, giving lots of advice and being on hand when we needed. Great service and would high recommend anyone buying a via in spain to go with these guys. We have never received a service like this before with any estate agent!

I had the best service and help from 'For Sale By Sally in Spain'. Far and above what you would expect. Local information and advice- a dedicated search where no stone was left unturned in order to find the right property……..which we did. I am now happy to call them friends and feel so grateful to have had so much care and help. Don’t go with anyone else, a good estate agent is hard to find - so they are very valuable to have in Spain .

We are so happy that “ for sale by Sally” was the housing agent of our new (first) home in Spain. We found the house ourselves, but after we contacted them, they were amazing. Everything went so smoothly. This was also the reason why we could buy the house very very fast. After we arrived in the house they helped us with everything like buying solar panels, installation services, WiFi in and around the whole house and garden etc.
They even helped us getting in touch with nice people in the neighbourhood. If you ask what a housing agent can do better, I really don’t have clue!!

What a team. “Muy simpatico”. In our experience, they are hardworking, straight talking and conscientious, making good use of their expert knowledge of the local market, especially in rural areas. They clearly recognised the key benefits and potential of the property and more particularly its location, matching these only to suitable, international buyers, with the right budget. Their liaison skills, between seller and buyer, showed a remarkable understanding and tolerance of the detailed needs of both, contributing much to successful completion.
