The other part without the central heating closes in the winter months. Wooden Cabin (without bathroom) but sleeps 12. Satellite internet and Wi-Fi connected. Wifi calls are possible but limited mobile phone signal available.

6,000m2 of the plot is fenced and gated, the rest of the plot is an open private pine forest. Central heating installed with wood burners too for the winter months. No air-conditioning, not needed as 1,600m2 high up in the mountains so a nice breeze in the summer months. The temperature in the summer does not tend to go over 30C. Good sun placement, south-east facing.  Montana Vista Lodge is 6km away from the nearest village, Orea. The location is perfect to visit small historic villages such as Checa, Chequilla, Orhuela del Tremedal, Alustante, Bronchales and Griegos. Also the Medieval villages are Molina De Aaragon and especially a town Albarracin which is very beautiful and has a lot of history.

Good access going up the mountain to the property with a tarmac road. The last 150m would be a dirt track however suitable for cars and minibuses etc. Enough parking for around 10-12 cars. Easy access for lorries and other industrial vehicles to enter the grounds.

The main business would consist of scout groups that want to be somewhere completely within nature and tend to book each year for around about 10-12 days per group (group sizes are on average around 120 people). The owners cater for each of these groups with a full breakfast, lunch and dinner option. Alongside scout groups, the owners also cater for school groups, colleges, universities, cyclists, and individual families wanting holidays in the private buildings.

In the winter months the establishment also offers lunches/dinners to the locals who go hunting in the mountains. Fabulous walking routes available with breath-taking views. Many sports activities nearby, including kayaking on the Rio Taco.
