Location
L´Olleria is a busy and large Spanish town with everything you could possibly need including a 24 hour A & E doctors surgery, with the main hospital being a 15 min drive away in Xativa. There are bars and restaurants, a large Mercadona and Consum supermarket, petrol stations, banks, schools, many different other shops, sports centre, and everything you would need from a thriving Spanish town. The villa is located within a few minutes’ drive of the town and it’s easy to walk or cycle into the town too.
The sandy beaches on the Gandia coastline are just a 30/35-minute drive away, and both Valencia and Alicante airports are within an hour’s travelling time by car. There is a train station in Xativa, catch a train there to the heart of Valencia, and then catch the metro into the Valencia airport terminal, so transport links are very good!
