Villa Oasis is located in the mountain village of La Drova which is just a short stroll to the village of Barx.  Barx has all amenities for daily living such as pharmacy, doctors surgery, dentist, 2 bakers, 3 butchers, newsagent, infants school, bars and restaurants, plus 2 small supermarkets that are well stocked and a small weekly market.  There are many local fiestas in Barx and La Drova all year round. There are great cycling and hiking routes to enjoy on the doorstep.

Its only 15 minutes’ drive to ‘’La Galiana’’ golf course one of the prettiest in Europe!

We are lucky as this area is served by 2 international schools, The British School near Alzira and ´The British School, Gandia which are equidistant from this property.  There are also private bilingual English /Spanish schools following the Spanish curriculum which are within 15 mins drive, and good local Spanish schools too with school buses that run from the village to the senior schools in Gandia.

Villa Oasis is only a 10 min drive to Gandia Historic city (or there are buses that can take you to the city and back again twice a day).  Gandia has many shops and supermarkets, bars and top-quality restaurants. 20 min drive takes you to Oliva town and Playa/beach area, Oliva Castle and large Friday Market. The Oliva Nova Golf course is nearby, designed by Seve Ballesteros, Go Karting, Horse riding, sailing, and kite surfing are all available in the area.
