LOCATION:-

Casa Serafina is only a 7 min drive to Gandia Historic city, which has many shops and supermarkets, bars and top-quality restaurants. A must: visit the old Borgia Palace, Culture Centre that has many live music events and a Theatre.  Saturday is Market Day.  There is a small golf course by Grau de Gandia. 

Playa de Gandia (Gandia beach) is a blue flagged, clean and sandy beach, stretching down the coast for 12 km, the beaches are clean, with fine, golden sand likened to ‘’Florida beaches’’ . There are various children’s playthings along the beach such as a large pirates ship, gym and beach exercise equipment too.  There are many beach bars some playing Ibizan chill music making you feel relaxed.  There is an area with shaded pergolas and sunbeds ideal for the hotter summer months. The beach area has shops and restaurants that run along the promenade, an evening street market and also a harbour and marina for the boat lovers.

This property is served by 2 international airports, Valencia being just an hour’s drive away and Alicante airport being 1.15mins drive away.  Gandia has a train station, it takes 40 mins to the centre of Valencia, then catch the metro outside the station directly into Valencia airport terminal.

The Oliva Nova Golf is not far, designed by Seve Ballesteros and La Galiana golf course is one of the prettiest golf courses in Europe which is only a 25/30 min max drive away.  Go Karting, Horse riding, sailing, kite surfing are all available in the area.
