Welcome to Casa Blanca!! This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property was built in 1977 with a build size of 171m2 and situated on a generous sized plot of 2,577m2.

Situated in the valley of Llacuna, Casa Blanca benefits from being surrounded by nature. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for then this property is the one for you!  Although this property is very private, there are a few neighbours up the road from the property so it’s not isolated. 

One of the main features of this property is the large 10m x 4m swimming pool which is situated in the centre of the back terrace giving plenty of space for sun loungers or socializing. The pool is tiled and has roman steps for ease of access. There is also a fully operational pump and filtration system to keep the pool sparkling at all times. At the end of the pool terrace there is a wooden pergola giving an area with some shade for those hot summer months.

There are two entrances to this property, you can either enter via the large wrought iron gates and bring your car up the side drive and park it under the useful car port, or you can come in via the pedestrian gate opposite the front naia which is very handy if you wanted to go for a walk on one of the hundred hiking trails in the local area.

The front naia is full of charm and Spanish character and is the perfect place to sit and have a BBQ whilst getting some shade and overlooking the swimming pool terrace. There is also a lot of greenery around this front naia as it is surrounded by large Oleander bushes that are adorned with beautiful, colourful, flowers and there are a few lemon trees too (great for your G & Ts!)

Through the main front door you come straight into the open plan, lounge/kitchen diner. This large space has a very homely feel, with a pretty wood burner for those cosy winter nights. This property also has a full oil central heating system via radiators with the boiler serviced every year. Just off the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner you have an inner hallway which takes you to the family bathroom (bathtub with shower above), then 3 guest bedrooms (currently two are being used as storage). Finally at the end of the hallway the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and access to the pool terrace, one of the guest bedrooms also has french doors to the swimming pool terrace.

Casa Blanca is an off-grid type of property with no mains electricity. It has a good solar system which consists of 4 x panels of 335W each and another 4 x panels of 225W. There are also back up batteries for when the sun goes down in the evening. These batteries are 1080 AMPH and there are 12 in total = a 24V system. In the event it rains in Spain (rarely) and there is rain / cloud then there is also a back-up generator which can be used to charge the batteries therefore supplying electric to the house.

Please note there is no mobile signal where the property is located however all calls can be made via the internet through WhatsApp/skype/zoom for example. The max internet speed in this valley is 50mbps via Satelite Wi-Fi. English TV via a Satelite system is installed and operational.  So the property has everything to make a comfortable home summer or winter time!

There is a septic tank for sewage and mains agricultural water. Hot water is heated via the oil central heating boiler.

The plot is fenced on both lateral sides however; the back is open forestry land which could be fenced if required.

With no electricity bills due to the solar system, cheap agricultural water and a very low IBI tax of €167 a year this is a very cheap and cost-effective house to live in.

LOCATION:

This pretty Spanish villa is located in a lovely tranquil and peaceful area with a feeling of 'far from the madding crowd' and being at one with peace and nature!  There is great cycling and hiking on the doorstep!  However just an 8-minute drive takes you to the bustling town of Villalonga with all amenities, a twice weekly market, supermarkets including a large Mercadona, vets, doctors, banks, boutique Hotel, schools, bars and restaurants, everything you need for daily living!

The beaches at Playa Gandia or Playa Oliva are just a 25 mins drive max from Casa Blanca.  Gandia beach is a very clean blue flagged sandy beach with beautiful promenade alongside with shops and restaurants in abundance, there is an evening street market and also a beautiful harbour and marina.

Take a train from Gandia train station, it takes 35/40 minutes by train to the heart of Valencia city. Then from Valencia city hop on the metro straight into Valencia airport terminal so travel is easy!

15 min drive to Oliva old town and Oliva Playa (7 km long beach that is very child friendly and normally not crowded) there is also a Castle there and a Friday Market.

There are many smaller village beaches stretching all the way down the coast for 12 kilometres and these beaches are generally quite empty at 3pm in the afternoons (even in August) when all the Spanish go for a long lunch and siesta.

The Oliva Nova Golf course is only about a 30  min drive away and a little further inland your find La Galiana Golf course which is one of the prettiest golf courses in Europe. Go Karting, Horse riding, sailing, kite surfing and much more are all available in the area.

Casa Blanca is the sort of property you can just ''turn the key'', unpack, sit on the terraces, soaking up the tranquillity and natural environment with a sense of peace and tranquility all around, a great bolt hole in the sun or it would make a great permanent home too!  

Served by 2 international airports, Valencia being about a 50 min drive away and Alicante about 1.15 mins drive.
