The bigger shopping facilities are in Pego town where you will find the bigger supermarkets such as Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl etc. Adusbia village is split into 2 parts, the urbanization of Les Bassetes which is located on the mountainside with stunning views of the village, orange groves, valley and mountains leading to the sea and Adusbia town itself which is typically Spanish with great tapas bars and restaurants, a quiet and peaceful village with a historical church.

There is a village pool open in the summer months and plenty of beautiful walks and good cycling countryside on the doorstep. You can cycle to Pego town in about 20 mins or a 45-minute walk. For beaches, take your pick, they stretch all down the coast, Oliva and Oliva Nova beaches are the closest about a 20-minute drive away max from the villa, they boast fine, white, sand (no uncomfortable pebble beaches in this area).

There are various activities in the area such as Kite boarding, paddle surfing, wind surfing or just lie on a sun bed soaking up the sun and dipping in the sea when you get too hot. For golf lovers, it’s a 17 min drive to Oliva Nova Golf course which has 9 or 18 holes to choose from, designed by the famous Seve Ballesteros, there is also a driving range there and professional coaches for golf lessons. For horse lovers, situated on the Oliva Nova Golf development, to the side is an international horse-riding facility where there are international competitions with competitors travelling from all over the world and the public are welcomed to come and see the competitors, show jumping, dressage etc.

If you like a large weekly fruit and veg market then you have Pego, Oliva, or Denia market, Oliva and Denia are just a 15-minute drive in either direction. This property is equidistant to both Alicante and Valencia International airports, both approx. An hour’s drive away. If you need international schools for your children then there is the British International school in Gandia or the Lady Elizabeth school in Javea or The Jalon, both schools operate a pickup bus service from various locations / towns in the area. The Spanish state schools are in Adsubia and the larger senior school in Pego.

You are only a 20-minute drive away from the historic and large town of Denia with a castle and marina, with ferries to the Balearic Islands on a daily basis.
