Apartment Viva is only an 8 min drive to Gandia Historic city, which has many shops and supermarkets, bars and top-quality restaurants. A must visit is the old Borgia Palace, Culture Centre that has many live music events and the Theatre. Saturday is Market day.  There are 2 out of town shopping malls within a 10 minute drive with big named stores such as Zara, Zara Home, H & M, Casa, JKYSK, Media Markt, Decathalon, Mc Donalds, Burger King, Kentucky, Fosters Hollywood, Indian and chinese and Asian food restaurants along with lots of beach restaurants in the various small villages along the coast and very good Spanish restaurants also in the town of Oliva or Gandia city.

Playa Gandia, and Playa Bellreguard which is on your doorstep is a blue flagged, clean and sandy beach.  There is an afternoon weekly street market in Bellreguard and Miramar.

Gandia train station can take you to Valencia city in 40 minutes and then you can catch the metro straight into Valencia airport terminal so great transport links!

A 10 min drive to Oliva old town and Oliva beach, there is a Castle there and a large Friday Market.

The Oliva Nova Golf is not far (about a 20 min drive), designed by Seve Ballesteros and Go Karting, Horse riding, sailing, kite surfing are all available in the area.
